Data matching capabilities for single client data views
The following data matching capabilities are available for Ilves Search and MyActivities clients as extensions and as separate Ilves data insight products with an easy-to-use browser interface or Teams App. The data streams are also available through the EMIE REST API or as a CSV export in case the user interface is not needed.
The main data capabilities include:
- Import connector – Import client information from multiple data sources into one place
- Auto tagging of all indexed data – automated client and matter data matching
- Data validation/cleansing – data import rules, data conflict alert, resolving tool, UpToDate and normalized database
- Customer data export – REST API or CSV export
